Kya om soham ka mantar jaap ka liya kisi guru sa diksha leni padti hai . Ya hum aisa hi eska roz jaap kar sakta hain . Aur kis granth mein yeh mantar likha hai . Mein roz 5 min. Tak eska jaap karta hoon . Kisi na kaha tha ki es mantar ka jaap karna sa apka bura hoga kiripya sachayi batayein .
koi bhi mantar nuksan nahi karta mantar ka fal apki bhakti aur shardha par nirbhar karta hai. agar app koi mantar guru se lete hai to uska fal jada hota karne se aur agar aap kudh se karte hai to mantar ka fal milne me time lagta hai

Namaste The upanishads which are a part of Vedas declare that there is only One and to realize this Oneness of all life is the ultimate purpose of life. Every moment we breath, nature reminds us of this truth as each incoming breath resonates to Sah referring to He and outgoing breath to Ham referring to I (The Sanskrit words are split as Sah and Aham and its conjuction is Soham) Every time we breath , we can tune ourselves to this ultimate reality of Oneness by remembering Soham. This is called Ajapa Gayatri and is on an average chanted 21600 times in a day Sah represents Parvati as it is the incoming , introverted energy denoting creation and Ham represents Shankara , the outgoing , masculine energy denoting dissolution. Thus the masculine and feminine , Shiva and Parvati , together denote completion of life. The Yoga Chudamani Upanishad mentions that this eternal chant is itself capable of giving salvation upon constant attention and reflection. Thanks.

How long can we store it?
To be very honest I don't know the correct answer. I have made these around 6 months back it is still fine. I think it will be fine for 2 - 3 years if you pack it properly keep in air container or poly pack. I hope i have answer to your question. if you still have doubt please let me know or if you disagree then also let me know may be you have more experience then me. in that way other will also get some knowledge. peace take care
